Wildlife is abundant around the Diamond H. You'll probably see some whitetail deer feeding in the yard, and maybe some wild turkeys down along the river.

The Texas Hill Country has become known as one of the best birding areas in the state. Two nearby State Parks, Lost Maples and Hill Country State Natural Area offer opportunities for birding, hiking, picnicking, photography and sightseeing.
